Inspiration fades. A plan carries you. Purpose Planning is three days of faith-driven, guided work that turns what God has placed in you into a plan you can live.

Two distinct yet connected journeys run side by side. Men build The Blueprint through MAN.EX. Women prepare The Birthing Plan through GAL.EX. Every attendee works through six sessions in a personal Purpose Planner and leaves with a written commitment, an accountability partner, and a year-long plan. You don’t register. You apply, and then you’re chosen.

THE.EX was born from a simple conviction: purpose is not something you find. It’s something you become. After years of searching for an experience that combined real faith, real community, and real transformation in one room, the founder realized it didn’t exist yet. So she built it.

What is Purpose Planning?

Purpose Planning is THE.EX’s three-day, faith-driven experience. Through six guided sessions, small-group conversation, and a personal Purpose Planner, attendees leave with a written plan for living out their God-given purpose over the next year.

What are The Blueprint and The Birthing Plan?

They are the two tracks. MAN.EX: The Blueprint helps men lay a solid foundation and build a strategic plan for their lives. GAL.EX: The Birthing Plan helps women prepare for, carry, and deliver what God has placed in them. Both follow the same six sessions and come together for shared moments.

When and where is it?

Yes. Purpose Planning is a new experience built to take you further, from inspiration to a written, accountable plan. Returning attendees are welcome to apply.

How does selection work?

You submit a short application. Our team reviews every one individually, looking for alignment, readiness, and genuine intention. Not everyone will be selected, by design, to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience.

What happens after I apply?

If selected, you’ll receive a confirmation with full event details, payment instructions, hotel booking information, and available add-ons. All details are shared after selection.

Are lodging and add-ons included?

Lodging and meals are not included in the base experience but are available as optional add-ons through our partner hotel. Details and pricing are shared after you’re selected.

What should I expect from the atmosphere?

Intimate, warm, and intentional. This is a room of 25, not 250. Expect real conversations, guided sessions rooted in faith, quiet time to write and reflect, and a community that sees you.
